Rocking with History (A Health-promoting Picture Moment)

If there’s one thing you’ll find anywhere in New England, it’s a piece of history. The above photo is a perfect case in point. It is the rock that the Pilgrims were believed to have stepped on when they arrive in the New World.

There’s plenty of history to learn and appreciate when visiting one of the many fascinating towns in Massachusetts. Plymouth is indeed one of those places. If you plan to make the Bay State a vacation destination, make sure to list Plymouth on your to-do list.
